Terms of service
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Vyseo (“we”) and the business that uses Vyseo(“you”). By using Vyseo you accept them on behalf of that business. If a separate written agreement with us covers your use, that agreement takes precedence.
The service
Vyseo monitors how AI assistants answer questions relevant to your business, measures the leads and revenue that AI-sourced visits produce, and recommends next steps, including ad campaigns in your own ad account. Features may change as the service develops; we will tell you before removing something you rely on.
Your account
- Keep sign-in details private and give access only to people in your organization or working for it.
- You are responsible for what people do with access you grant.
- Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission.
Your website, data and ad accounts
- If you install the Vyseo tag, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for telling your visitors, including obtaining consent where the law requires it.
- You keep ownership of your data. You allow us to use it to provide and improve the service for you.
- Ad accounts you connect remain yours. Media spend is billed to you by the ad platform under its terms. We launch or change campaigns only with your approval.
- Outcomes you record, such as leads and revenue, should be accurate; recommendations depend on them.
Acceptable use
Don't use Vyseo to break the law or anyone's rights, to run ads that break an ad platform's policies, to interfere with the service, or to try to reach other customers' data.
Fees
Fees, if any, are as agreed with you in writing. During a pilot or trial, the service may be free and its limits may change. Ad platforms charge you directly for media.
No guarantees about results
AI assistants' answers and ad performance are outside our control. Vyseo reports what it measures and labels evidence it could not verify, but we do not guarantee any visibility, leads, revenue or return on ad spend. The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using Vyseo at any time. We may suspend access for a serious breach of these terms. When an account closes, we delete its data as described in our privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
